      Tucker Hollow Cabin's Policies

      *Please read all policies prior to making your reservation at Tucker Hollow Cabins. By confirming your reservation with us you are stating that you have read these policies and agree to all policies set forth by Tucker Hollow Cabins regarding your stay at our cabin rentals. Each guest is important to us and we want you to have a safe and enjoyable stay.


      Tucker Hollow Cabin's Policies


      • You must secure your reservation with a major credit card (Discover, Mastercard, Visa; debit cards accepted as well) at the time of booking your rental.
      • Full payment is due upon arrival.
      • If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation for a full refund.
      • In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 2 weeks’ notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your cabin(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
      • All cancelations must be done by phone.
      • You must be twenty one years or older to reserve a cabin.
      • All cabins are smoke-free.


      • Tucker Hollow Cabins is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property or injury to persons or their personal property while a guest at the cabin. In the event of an issue or you notices any damages upon check-in please contact us immediately at 870-280-2822.
      • The reserving guest is responsible for any damages to the cabin or its contents. Charges will be equal to either the repair or replacement cost. Guest agrees that the credit card submitted for payment shall be charged to cover any such damage. An itemized list of any damages, as well as, the repair or replacement cost for each item will be e-mailed to guest at the time of processing the payment.
      • Tucker Hollow Cabins is not responsible for any actions you or your guests take or do while staying at the cabin. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other reasons out of our control including unforeseen stoppages of water, electricity, or plumbing.
      • Guests may not burn candles of any size inside or outside the cabin. If candles are noted on the property, they are for decorative purposes only.


      Guests acknowledge, understand, and agree that for us to continue its very lenient Pet Policy, the following items must be adhered to:

      • Guests are required to report all dogs to Tucker Hollow Cabins prior to arriving at the cabin. Tucker Hollow Cabins general rule is up to two dogs with no size restrictions. *Please note that some cabins are not pet friendly.
      • Pet fee is $10.00 per pet per night.
      • Pets must be completely housebroken, well behaved, and pest free.
      • Pets are not allowed on furniture. Guests will be charged a cleaning fee of not less than $25 if pet hair causes a delay in cleaning.
      • Guests agree that they will not use any linens or towels on pets other than the spill rags or towels brought by guests.
      • Guests agree to pay for any damages caused by their pets.
      • If pets have an accident in cabin, all clean-up will be performed by the guests and deposited in outside garbage cans. Guests agree that failure to comply with clean-ups of either inside cabin or picking up after their pet outside the cabin will result in an additional cleaning charge of not less than $25.
      • Guests agree to be in full control of their pets at all times and take full responsibility for their pet’s well-being. There are no leash laws, so guests should plan accordingly.
      • Guests agree that they are authorizing us to charge guests credit card for any damages sustained by their pet.

      FIRE PIT:
      Each cabin at Tucker Hollow Cabins has a fire pit for your use while a guest in our cabin. Do not leave fire unattended, extinguish fire fully before leaving (at night or at departure.)
      Please clean the fire pit area prior to your departure.

      Charcoal Grill:
      Each cabin at Tucker Hollow Cabins has a charcoal grill for your use while a guest in our cabin. Do not leave unattended, extinguish fully before leaving (at night or at departure.) We sugguest you bring your own briquettes. If not, we have some for sale.

      Feel free to enjoy a stroll down to the lake or the wooded area nearby. We encourage you to use common sense and wear appropriate attire and use insect repellent while enjoying the outdoor environment. In the heavily wooded areas, you may encounter chiggers, ticks, oak mites, etc; we encourage you to use proper steps in order to prevent or decrease the likelihood of an incident!

       CHECK OUT:
      At check out, our guests are expected to leave the cabin and property in the same general condition it was upon arrival. An addition cleaning fee may be applied if the cabin is left in an unreasonable condition.

      Check-in is 2:00 p.m. or after. Check-out is 11:00 a.m. or before

      Expectations are as follows:

      1. Wash, dry and put away dishes, utensils, and etc.
      2. Clean out all food and beverage brought to the cabin.
      3. Please empty all trash and put into dumpsters, making sure to tie the garbage bags securely as the garbage will not be picked up if any loose garbage is left in the dumpsters.

      All prices are subject to change without notice. We can-not exceed the max. number of guest for each cabin. (Infant through adult are counted as a guest in each cabin.)
